With backgrounds spanning corporate finance, exploration geology, utilities, project development, and investment, the team has a proven track record of guiding companies from concept through to major fundraising, IPO, and operational success.
Richard Day, Chair - A qualified solicitor, Richard spent 25 years in corporate finance at Cazenove & Co. and then as co-founder and Head of Corporate Finance of Arden Partners. He has significant board and fund raising experience with a range of companies, including former Chair of Eden Geothermal and Deputy Chair of AIM-listed Atome plc.
Alex King, CEO - Geologist with global exploration experience and founder of Tower. Built critical mineral programmes in South West England and now leads the group’s energy transition strategy.
Marcus Yeoman - Director across private and listed companies including reach4entertainment plc. Runs Springtime Consultants Ltd, investing in ambitious, fast-growth businesses.
